I already placed my order - can I change my order?
You can change your order while it is still in the “fulfillment” stage. Email us with your changes as soon as possible and we will try to stop and change the order. If the order is past the “fulfillment” stage, it cannot be changed.
My item was damaged during shipping? What do I do?
If the product was damaged upon arrival, take a photo of the damaged product and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will receive a replacement product in place of the return, if we find the return is eligible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
By placing an order at Westward Wandering Co., you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Westward Wandering Co.. When returning your item(s), we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. We do not refund shipping charges. Please note: Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed, and only merchandise that is unwashed/unworn can be replaced.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Exchanges: Due to the nature of the printing and fulfillment company behind this store, we are unable to offer exchanges. Because each shirt is printed as a one-off (individually), we do not have an inventory from which to exchange an item. Please make sure you choose the correct size (see sizing chart) and double check your order before submitting.
Returns: We accept returns if you are 100% completely unhappy with the product (which makes us sad, but we will try to make it right with you). We also accept returns if we sent you the wrong item (which, of course, we will replace at no charge). The product must be unused and unworn and in the same condition as it was delivered to you. If you need to return a product, please us first at email@example.com explaining the reason for your return.

My item was lost in the mail - now what?
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Products lost in the mail with no confirmation of delivery will be replaced at no charge by us as soon as possible. We have tracking on all of our packages. If the tracking information says it was delivered, we cannot replace the product. A ticket will need to be submitted to the carrier who delivered the package.
My order I received is incorrect, what do I do?
Email us explaining what was incorrect. Attach a photo of the product, the size on the tag of the shirt, and the receipt in the package.
If it was an error on the printer’s side, we will get you the correct shirt at no charge and as quickly as possible. If the error was on your part, we cannot return or exchange items.
How long will it take to get my package?
Plan for 2-3 weeks to receive your order once it is placed.
Will I receive tracking information?
No, but it is available upon request.
Why did I only received part of my order?
Expect items in your order to arrive in different packages. Items are sent from different distributors. If you feel that something is missing, please email us, but please plan for 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.
Can I expedite an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot expedite any orders. If our printer offered those options we would pass them on to you, but the majority of the production process is out of our hands.
How are the tshirts printed?
The standard printing process is called Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. Westward Wandering Co. apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology and printed through a company out of California, North Carolina, and Florida. The DTG method allows each shirt to be printed individually just for you, one at a time.
COLOR INFORMATION: The colors of the designs will appear slightly faded with a more vintage look to them. This is due to the super soft fabric I've chosen to print the shirts on. Note: Shirts are NOT screen-printed.
In addition, the inks are water-based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. The inks are also CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children's wear 12 and below.
What are your business hours?
Since this is an online store, you can shop at any time of day! Emails sent over the weekend will be answered on the following business day. Please allow two days for us to respond during the week.
What's the best way to wash my apparel?
Hand-washing apparel is always the best way to preserve articles of clothing, but I have found very little shrinkage with all of Westward Wandering Co.'s clothing items when machine-washed inside out and air dryed.
